Patrick J Swinden

Had a miss-spent youth playing and excelling at Cricket and Rugby, whilst ‘studying’ Accountancy.  Rescued by joining IBM. The resultant 25-years saw a Sales & Marketing career characterised by ongoing success at both an individual level and the leadership/management of Sales Teams from recruitment to the achievement of challenging goals. 

Early retirement saw him begin to satisfy his ‘travel bug’- principally in the Far East.  He is now trying to support the local community by ‘reaching out’ to those needy, local, housebound folk.  Generally known as a ‘Cheerful Charlie’ in terms of relationships but ‘Output Focused’, when delivering projects.
