Caite Healy

Caite Healy has been a member of the LCA since 2018 and is dedicated to shaping the centre’s future for generations to come. She brings a wealth of experience from finance director-level roles in diverse organisations including Tate Galleries, Chessington World of Adventures, the Federation of City Farms, Hayes Davidson Ltd, DNCO Ltd, Halliburton, and other commercial operations. Over her career, Caite has developed a strong operational skill set that has benefited both businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

In addition to her role as Treasurer of the Lymington Community Centre, she serves as a trustee for the Alan Davidson Foundation, the Hayes Davidson EO Trust, and the DNCO EO Trust. She continues to consult widely across the business and social enterprise sectors.

Caite is a member of the Keyhaven Yacht Club and enjoys living in the New Forest National Park. She has a keen interest in protecting and enhancing both the New Forest and her hometown of Lymington. Outside of work, she relaxes with her dogs and pursues her passion for ancestry research, helping friends trace their long-lost roots.
