This brilliant evening of fun is helping the Lymington Foundation bring together our whole community again - and you’re invited.

The Christmas lights and celebrations are funded entirely by your sponsorship, personal gifts and over 450 hours of voluntary help. I’m writing to you to ask for your special help to ensure that we can all share the benefit and spirit of Christmas with those who live, work and visit here as well as the wider community. Like last year, we need to raise £21,230 for all the Christmas lights and community activities.
It will NOT happen without you.

We have to raise it this month to make it all happen - please make a donation now of whatever you can, to ‘Lymington Community Foundation’ to help our town at Christmas. Donations should be made to the address below or via HSBC, Specsavers or Barclays.
Small Donor Sponsors Up to £200 single payment

1. ‘Lymington Community Christmas 2009’ Window Badge with Lymington Community branding to attract customers into your business emphasising “We support Lymington please support us”.
2. Named in the ‘Lymington Roll of Honour’ and displayed and advertised.
3. ‘Friends of Lymington Certificate’ showing your support for Lymington.

Commercial Sponsors £ 200 - £2000 single payment or small payments divided over 12 months
Everything above and in addition:-

1. Promoted as a recommended place to shop to all Friends of Lymington.
2. Assistance with customised light displays for your own premises - including fitting and £10m Insurance.
3. Editorial in local and regional press.
4. Opportunity to advertise in special community features in press and specialist publications.

Primary Sponsors £2000 - £5000 single payment or small payments divided over 12 months Everything above and in addition:-

1. Enhanced awareness and point of sale lead-in publicity and displays.
2. Press and magazine editorial supported by billboard displays, discounted advertising with selected media.
3. Customised campaigns to lead customers directly to the business and enhance awareness.
4. Enhanced community campaigns to assist in increasing revenue.
5. Subsidised customised light displays for your own premises.

Principal Sponsor £10,000 single payment or small payments divided over 12 months Everything above and in addition:-

1. You will have a very high profile in all elements of the Lymington Foundation campaigns including the Lymington Community Christmas 2009 celebration and light switch on.
2. Primary logo profile on all literature, advertising, window displays and media coverage on Radio and TV.
3. First choice opportunity to subscribe and work with any of the Community driven projects in the Schools, Churches, Sports Clubs and other venues.
4. Local, Regional and National publicity in press, radio and TV.
